The Simple Practice That Holds Your Life Together

You've tried weekly reviews before.

Sunday evening. Open your notebook. Review your goals. Check your habits. Set intentions for next week.

How many Sundays did that last? Three? Four?

Or maybe you're still doing it, but it feels hollow. You're tracking tasks. Checking boxes. But nothing about the review actually helps you feel more whole.

Here's what's wrong: you're tracking the wrong things.

The Problem with Productivity Reviews

Most weekly reviews celebrate what you're already good at.

If you're a doer, you track tasks completed. Look at all those checkboxes! More tasks. More achievement. More Odyssey.

But what about the other two dimensions?

Your inner life. Your relationships. The parts of you that don't fit in a task manager.

Traditional reviews don't see them. So they stay neglected. And the imbalance deepens.

Three Questions

Every week. Ten minutes. Honest answers.

1. How did I engage Mystery this week?

Not "did I meditate." But did I actually pause? Reflect? Touch stillness? Ask why I'm doing what I'm doing?

2. How did I execute Odyssey this week?

Not "was I busy." But did I build something? Ship something? Move something meaningful forward?

3. How did I tend Sanctity this week?

Not "did I have meetings." But did I connect with anyone? Really connect - not logistics, not catching up, but being seen and seeing someone else?

What You'll See

Week 1: One dimension is starving. Usually the same one. It's uncomfortable to admit.

Week 2: You make a small adjustment. Block time for the missing dimension. Notice a difference.

Week 3: The pattern is undeniable. You can't unsee it now.

Week 4: You start noticing during the week. "I haven't had a real conversation in days." And you course-correct before Sunday.

That's the practice. Seeing clearly. Choosing consciously.

Why This Works

Because you can't fake it.

If Mystery is low, you have to actually sit in stillness. Not "plan to meditate someday."

If Sanctity is low, you have to actually call someone. Not "think about reaching out."

The questions don't let you lie to yourself. They show you what's real. And from reality, you can choose.

The Starving Dimension

Low Mystery: Running on empty. Executing without meaning. Heading toward burnout without knowing it.

Low Odyssey: Stuck in potential. Lots of ideas, lots of planning, nothing manifesting. Thinking instead of building.

Low Sanctity: Lonely. Even if surrounded by people. Achievement without belonging. Success without celebration.

Which dimension is starving in your life right now?

You probably already know. You've just been avoiding it.

What If Something Tracked This For You?

Imagine not waiting until Sunday.

Imagine an intelligence that noticed your patterns in real-time. That saw when your Mystery started dropping. When your Sanctity crashed. When you'd been all Odyssey for two weeks straight.

Not judging. Just showing.

"You haven't had a real conversation in six days." "Your pattern shows you burn out around day eighteen. Today is day sixteen." "Last time you felt this way, you called Sarah. It helped."

That's what memory makes possible.

The Sage Difference

The Sage is being built to track what actually matters.

Not just your productivity. Your wholeness.

Memory that remembers your patterns across all three dimensions. Intelligence that notices when you're drifting. Presence that helps you see before you crash.

So the weekly review becomes continuous. Not something you do once a week - something that's always present, always watching, always ready to illuminate.

Start This Sunday

Don't wait. Don't plan. This Sunday evening, answer the three questions.

Be honest. Don't write what you wish were true. Write what is.

Mystery: How did I engage my inner life this week? Odyssey: What did I actually build or ship? Sanctity: Did I really connect with anyone?

Then notice which one is starving. Choose one small action for next week.

That's it. Ten minutes. Everything changes.

And imagine having a companion who tracked this with you. Who remembered your patterns. Who saw what you miss.

That's what we're building.

Life is hard. You don't have to do it alone.
